"If not me then who." — Spetznaz Alpha Counter Terror Unit Motto

Range Operations & Training Manager
Ken's father got him involved in hunting and fishing and taught him firearm safety and respect for the great outdoors. He became professionally involved with firearms when he began his career in law enforcement. Ken was a law enforcement trainer from 1993-2007. While serving in that capacity, he was a less lethal tactics instructor, field training officer, officer survival instructor, multi agency narcotics investigations and high risk warrant service, and major case investigations & crime scene investigator. When asked what he likes most about working here, Ken simply says, "I get to interact with the greatest people in the world."

Jay Fagler
"Always look forward, never look back." — uncredited

Building Maintenance
Jay has always enjoyed hunting. When he was hired on at TTGC to help maintain the property and the ranges, it was a natural fit. His favorite firearms are the Dan Wesson 357 & the 243 Ruger. Jay enjoys being around people and learning from them.

Troy Morris
"I can always shoot better, I can always shoot faster." — himself

Training Assistant & Retail Sales
Troy had always wanted to learn how to shoot and one day he and his dad signed up for lessons. From that point onward, Troy was hooked. He began shooting IPSC and was soon hired by TTGC. While he won't tell us his favorite firearm, we can tell you that his favorite activities include IPSC and Combat Leagues. Working at TTGC allows him to stay close to his favorite hobby and, from the sound of his quote, we'd say he's someone to watch out for during our combat leagues.

"...when disaster strikes and all hope is gone, get down on your knees and pray for Shackleton." — Sir Raymond Priestley

Gunsmith
Patrick started shooting BB guns and 22's in the Scouts as a boy. As he grew up he was having trouble finding a reliable gunsmith, so he enrolled into the Trinidad State Junior College to learn to the work for himself. Getting hired here at TTGC allows him to help people which was his reason to become a gunsmith. His favorite type of shooting is large bore revolvers.

Paul Gonzales
"If you aren't doing your best, it probably isn't worth doing." — himself

Owner/Operator
Paul began his love of firearms at an early age. It was then that he first started thinking about what would be the ideal shooting experience. As he became older and took over the family construction business, Paul was presented with both the vision and opportunity to establish the Trigger Time Gun Club. Thankfully for all of us, he not only seized the chance but poured his heart and soul into making this club what it is today. Paul enjoys distant target shooting and sharing the joy of firearms with everyone willing to give it a shot.

Shona Brown
"Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined." — Henry David Thoreau

General Operations & Administration
Shona grew up in the Pacific North West where hunting, fishing and shooting are a way of life. Her husband who is also from the Northwest grew up with a love for hunting and fishing as well. In February 2011 Shona was offered a job here at Trigger Time Gun Club and has become a very important part of our team. Working here has brought back many of the small town feelings. One of the perks that she likes about being a part of Trigger Time is that she gets to see the her husband and sons shoot in our weekly combat league. She gets to see the love and passion that they have for firearms, especially in the eyes of her 11 year old. She also believes that her family being a part of the Trigger Time family is the best "perk" to working here.
