Introduction to Concealed Carry:

This class is an alternative to the NRA First Steps course. It is for experienced shooters who wish to acquire the Colorado Concealed Handgun Permit. This course provides the information necessary to prepare you to carry a concealed handgun. Course material covers safety, legal issues, equipment selection and use, tactical considerations, and a review of marksmanship basics. Successful completion of this course satisfies the training requirement for the Colorado Concealed Handgun Permit.

Class size: minimum 5, maximum 10
Prerequisite: 2,000 rounds fired and familiarity with the fundamentals of firearms safety

Attendees should have:

• Handgun suitable for concealed carry and 100 rounds of ammunition
• Eye and hearing protection (the club has a limited number of loaners)

Class Duration: Classroom 1 hour and Range 3 hours
